Not being able to enter servers on TERA

After last Tuesday's (28 Feb) patch I had a problem where my game wouldn't get in the servers. After lots of trial and error it looks like it reaches a server 88.134.181.27 where it looks like it patches to a version which is outdated, hense not being able to log on the servers. Therefore I took these steps to fix:

reroute 88.134.181.27 to go to 206.248.168.162 (<- valid patch) by

1. run cmd with administrative rights
2. type "route add 88.134.181.27 206.248.168.162"

now your pc goes to the second ip everytime something tries to go to the first one.

Then map the second valid ip to the patch website by

1. go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ folder
2. open file "hosts" with notepad using administrative rights
3. add the following line "206.248.168.162 patch.tera.enmasse-game.com"

Folowing these steps worked for me. 

Contacting support didn't. It's been 4 days and they haven't answered.
